ACROSS KYUSHU

DAY-BY-DAY ITINERARY

11 DAY JAPANESE CULTURAL EXPERIENCE

Trip Philosophy

Hiking is our main focus on this trip. In addition to the 8 days of hiking and walking, you will visit Takachiho, which is the setting for Japanese myths that are deeply connected to the origin of Japan, shrines with beautiful views of the coast, and we have a chance to visit Amakusa, where hidden Christian sites are found from the 17th century. We arranged accommodations that are known for their hot springs experience. This full package tour offers a variety of experiences.

The tour starts in Itoshima, which is ideal for day hikes. The mountains of Itoshima and Amakusa are not very high, therefore they offer hiking with beautiful views of the sea. At Kyushu's popular mountains, Mt. Aso, Mt. Kuju, and Mt. Takachiho, you experience the lifestyle and history of the people who lived their lives in the foothills of the mountains while we enjoy the spectacular scenery and landscapes created by the volcanoes.

We are committed to offering an unparalleled opportunity to enjoy a unique hiking experience combined with other must-do and must-see attractions in Japan, a fascinating and culturally diverse country
